At Templa Rana, we offer nurturing, integrative massage and bodywork rituals that include techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, and the Lauterstein Deep method of energetic massage. Cupping, hot bamboo, aromatherapy and hot towels are available and only the finest healing oils and creams are applied, many sourced from local apothecaries. Prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage are also offered, ensuring a full continuum of care. All bodies are welcomed and supported, with tools such as table width extenders, massage chairs, and chest and side-lying bolsters available to ensure comfort for all.
